The Patrick Henry High School Jazz Band program is open to all interested students who demonstrate the desire, ability, and proper attitude to be a member of the group. Students who wish to be a member must audition and have permission from the director.  It should be understood that everyone will have an equal and fair opportunity for band participation.

Jazz Band is a uniquely skilled ensemble of select musicians who are interested in exploring and performing America’s original musical art. This ensemble meets during school every day for 60-minute blocks. They will play numerous concerts for the school and community, and will be one of PH’s most visible performing ensembles.
