Luggage: Due to the limited space on the bus, your luggage needs to be a certain size. If your suitcase is small enough to fit as carry-on luggage on a plane, that is the perfect size for the trip. NO huge suitcases. One suitcase per student!
On the bus….. You may bring a backpack on the bus along with one cooler per two people. The cooler should be small enough to fit in the overhead compartment or on the floor in front of your seat. If you bring movies for the bus, make sure your name is on all of them and it is your responsibility to make sure they come off the bus at the end of the trip. The bus company will not send them back if you leave them. All movies must be approved by a chaperone on your bus before viewing….they must be school appropriate! We will load the buses in this order: 1st – Seniors, 2nd – Juniors, 3rd – Sophomores, 4th – Freshmen You can’t save seats for people that aren’t in your grade. That defeats the purpose!
Pick up trash, etc on the bus. DO NOT leave it a mess!!
Hotel Information: Extended Stay Deluxe Orlando (http://www.extendedstaydeluxe.com/minisite/?hotelID=945) Lake Buena Vista 8100 Palm Pkwy. Orlando, FL 32836 (407) 239 – 4300
You are responsible for your room. Do not leave a mess and report any damages to Mrs. Peters immediately.
Cost of the trip includes……. The cost includes admission to all parks. This cost DOES NOT include all meals. Students need to be responsible for 5 meals during the trip. See the itinerary for specific meals and days.
Electronics Waiver Students can bring iPods, CD players, cameras, any gaming systems, etc but PHHS is not responsible for any damages or losses. Students need to take care of their own equipment.
Rules and Expectations:
This should be a fun trip, but please remember all of the rules and expectations. If you have any problems during the trip, find a chaperone or Mrs. Peters, don’t handle things on your own. Have fun, be respectful and represent PHHS well! Thanks! -- Amanda Peters, Director of Bands |
