6:30am     Wake-up call

 

7:30am     Load buses for breakfast at Planet Hollywood (Wind

                  Ensemble members – make sure you have your concert

                  clothes!!)

 

8:00am     Breakfast at Planet Hollywood (Cost included in trip)

 

8:50am     Load buses and depart for Animal Kingdom

 

9:00am     Animal Kingdom

 

LUNCH      You will get one meal coupon for either lunch OR dinner. 

                  The other meal will be paid for on your own.

 

2:15pm     Meet at the front entrance with your chaperone to go

                  back to the buses.

 

2:30pm     Depart Animal Kingdom for Disney Marketplace

 

3:00pm     Arrive at Disney Marketplace          

 

4:00pm     Wind Ensemble Performance on stage at the Downtown

                  Disney Marketplace

 

4:45pm     Load buses and depart for Epcot

 

5:15pm     Epcot

 

Dinner       You will get one meal coupon for either lunch OR dinner. 

                  The other meal will be paid for on your own.

 

9:00pm     Illuminations – fireworks/laser display at the lake.  As

                  soon as the show is over, meet your chaperone in front

                  of the fountain at the front of the park,

 

9:30pm     Load buses to leave Epcot

 

10:30pm   In room – LIGHTS OUT

DAY 2

6:00am     Wake-up Call

 

7:00am     Load buses for breakfast at Golden Corral (Be sure to have everything

                  you need for your uniform, plus clothes for the park)

 

7:15am     Breakfast at Golden Corral (Cost included in trip)

                        Orlando, FL 32836

 

8:00am     Load buses and depart for Magic Kingdom

 

8:30am     Arrive Backstage at Magic Kingdom to prepare for MARCHING BAND

                  PERFORMANCE

 

10:00am   Parade through Magic Kingdom

 

11:00am   Magic Kingdom

 

Lunch         You will get one meal coupon for either lunch OR dinner.  The other

                  Dinner meal will be paid for on your own.

 

3:00pm     Check in with your chaperone in front of “It’s a Small World” ride.

 

7:00pm     Check in with your chaperone in front of “It’s a Small World” ride.   

  

10:00pm   Fireworks at the Castle.  As soon as the show is over, meet your

                  chaperone in front of Tony’s Town Square near the front entrance.

 

10:30pm   Load buses to leave Magic Kingdom

 

11:00pm   Return to hotel.  In rooms – LIGHTS OUT!!

DAY 1

Wednesday, April 9, 2008

5:15am     Arrive at PHHS for baggage, check-in/inspection

 

5:30am     Begin to load buses

 

6:00am     Depart PHHS

 

12noon     Lunch on own (need $)

 

8:00pm     Check-in at the Extended Stay Deluxe Hotel

7:15am     Check out of hotel, load buses with baggage, etc.

9:00am     MGM Studios

12noon     Check in with your chaperone in front of the Great Movie Ride

 

3:30pm     Check in with your chaperone in front of the Great Movie Ride

 

4:00pm     Load buses to depart for home

 

Dinner       We will stop on the way home for dinner (need $)
